Welcome to our charming newly renovated home located in Wilmington, Ohio. This house was built by my husband's grandfather in 1954 and has been in our family ever since. This spacious interior is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We are located 2 miles from the World Equestrian Center, 3 miles from Lake Cowan, 2.3 miles from Majestic Springs Golf Course, 6.5 miles from Wilmington Air Park, and 7 miles from Robert's Center. This house has a new HVAC system.

Located 1/2 mile from the World Equestrian Center and 3 miles from Wilmington with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Situated on a small horse farm with beautiful pastures and lots of horses to look at. You will have complete privacy. Take a walk down the quiet road, or sit on the front porch and just enjoy. We are centrally located between Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus. The cottage is completely remodeled with new kitchen & furniture. Come and enjoy the cozy comforts of home!

Peaceful cottage on Main Street, just outside the business area. Walk to the shops and restaurants or bike .6 miles to the Ohio to Erie Trail. Equipped kitchenette sufficient to prepare light meals, outdoor grill, patio and lawn for outdoor games. Queen bed and Queen sleeper sofa. There is room for inside bike storage. Greystone Cottage is located close to the Little Miami Bike Trail, canoeing, King’s Island, the Ren Fest, Caesar's Creek, walking distance to restaurants and unique shops.

The Cabin Hillsboro, Ohio

Secluded, reclaimed log cabin. This hidden gem is a piece of the past with the comfort of modern amenities. Come sit a spell on either of the porch swings, enjoy a campfire by the pond, cozy up to the wood burning fireplace, or soak in the hot tub. *Please note- We will have property around The Cabin being logged during September. It’s a quiet, comfortable retreat with easy access to everything YS has to offer. Plus, a pool (open ~May-Oct) and year-round hot tub!
