You're welcome to arrive by boat or car; private entrance to your cabin.

3 bedroom/2 bath home with lots of room for the family, centrally located to Black Lake, Alex Bay and Clayton attractions. Originally built in the early 1900s with several updates. AC, WiFi, smart tvs in each bedroom and the living room. A spacious kitchen with all basic cooking essentials, a regular coffee pot and a keurig. Bathroom downstairs with stand up shower, upstairs bathroom with tub/shower. Outdoor deck with seating and propane grill and an outside fire pit, (bring your own wood)

Rossie Rest

Relax with the family at this peaceful cabin on the Indian River with great fishing and a private setting. Walk out the front door and start fishing or enjoy the view with your morning coffee. It is in the perfect location to view the Eclipse on April 8. This cabin is kid and pet friendly. It has electricity, running water, a small kitchenette, fire pit and wood. It is located 45 minutes from Watertown, 20 minutes to exit 49 on Route 81, and close to the Thousand Islands and Black Lake.

The Lake House Loft is located in Upstate New York on Black Lake, known as “Freshwater Fisherman’s Paradise”. It is the largest St. Lawrence County Lake and is over 20 miles long. Its located near the Canadian Border, close to Ogdensburg and the Thousand Islands. This is a smoke-free, two-bedroom loft, with a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a 100-foot waterfront boat dock available, Wi-Fi, A/C, Heat, and is fully furnished. Paddle Boat and canoe also available to use.

Observe various types of waterfowl or enjoy the sound of our meandering river as it flows into Lyndhurst Lake. This is all part of the natural surroundings in your own private cottage. A great place to stay if you are travelling through the area or while enjoying all the area has to offer including excellent fishing, paddling and hiking area trails.

The Perch on Black Lake

Escape to The Perch, a seasonal cabin handcrafted by Amish artisans perfect for couples or small groups. This one-bedroom, one-bath stay sleeps up to four guests and features a deck with breathtaking views. Relax on the deck or take the nearby stairs down to the campground dock. Guests can enjoy the amenities at Back Bay Campground, including a heated pool, arcade, walking trails, and rentals available at the camp store.

Boat ramp is a short walk down the street and free to use for renters. Free parking for 3 cars and a trailer during the off season. Cabin has central heating and air conditioning. Plenty of extra blankets, pillows and fans are available to use.
