The Riverhaus

Welcome to the Riverhaus! Established in 2020, this sanctuary was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. This 2-acre gated estate with a 1,900 sqft home and 100' of waterfront on the Pedernales River sleeps 8 comfortably and boasts a private outdoor Biergarten as well as a cabinet of lawn games, two firepits, multiple seating areas, and a fleet of non-motorized boats to enjoy on the river. Situated on the upper level of the property is a spacious two-story home. Take advantage of numerous amenties including a gameroom, lending library, two work stations, Roku television, Wii gaming system and Yoga equipment. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two decks as you listen to the sound of windchimes and wildlife. On the lower level under a canopy of old Oak trees, you can roast s'mores on another firepit or walk down to the water's edge to fish, swim, kayak, canoe or paddleboard. Life jackets are provided (Two adult, four child, & two infant). ***Disclaimer*** River levels are currently very low at this time.

Modern Hill Country Retreat

Enjoy a relaxing vacation in Dripping Springs! Our home is located about 11 minutes from downtown Dripping Springs and about 12 minutes from beautiful Hamilton Pool Preserve. We are a close distance to many wineries, breweries, and distilleries. The back yard has an amazing view of the hill country! Gatherings for events are an option but pre approval is required. Built in 2023, our home features chemical-free rainwater collection, a whole-home propane back-up generator, and top-of-the-line appliances for your convenience. Creekside Casita

Come relax at Creekside Casita, a peaceful Hill Country cabin. Set on 10 beautiful acres, it’s the perfect place to slow down, unplug, hike, and enjoy nature. 10 minutes from Hamilton Pool Preserve, close to several wineries, the property also features a seasonal creek to explore. Please note: A starter supply of toiletries, paper goods, and towels is provided. For stays longer than two days, please bring additional supplies for your comfort.

Red Fence Farm Guest House

2B/2b Guest house between Dripping Springs and Bee Caves on 20 acre horse farm with cows and chickens. We have a wide covered front porch with a wonderful Hot tub and a back deck with a table and chairs and bbq grill. Plenty of parking. Close to Hamilton Pool, Pedernales Falls, Reimer Ranch, wineries, breweries and restaurants Thirty minutes to downtown Austin. Our guesthouse is perfect for longer stays with a full kitchen and laundry.
