Lakefront cottage on Lebanon Reservoir in Hamilton, NY! Enjoy time together around either campfire, paddleboard, kayak (6 provided), and chill out on the 4 person tube! Bring your fishing gear, play games, swim, cookout on the Weber or Blackstone grill. Simply relax at the lake and get some sun on the private dock! Take in the lakeview on the covered porch, sitting in an Adirondack chair. The perfect spot for your getaway. 10 minutes from Hamilton/Colgate. Enjoy Central NY's finest!

The Fuller House - 15 Mins From Colgate

Newly renovated family home located in the smallest (& quietest) town in upstate NY. 15 minutes from Colgate University and a short drive to Cooperstown, the Hall of Fame, Dreams Park and All-Star Village! Open concept first floor with custom bar top, great for gathering and entertaining. Sleeps 6 comfortably (2 queens, 1 double) and can sleep an additional 2 guests on the pull out couch. Come relax and unwind in our newly renovated cottage! Set on 2 acres overlooking the hills and valleys of beautiful Central New York, you'll feel a million miles away in this exquisite 1200 sq ft home. A 5 minute walk brings you to Chittenango Falls Park, with its majestic waterfall and lots of trails. The property is bordered by a ravine on one side and a NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line on the other. The historic Village of Cazenovia is 4 miles away

The entire place is yours to enjoy! Our guest house is located on a dead-end road five minutes from the town of Newark Valley and only 30 minutes from Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca Included is a kitchen with open common area, two bedrooms, full bath and washer/dryer within living area. A farm setting is viewable from the common area and attached deck. There is a 2 acre pond and miles of scenic trails spread over 250+ acres, with sights as far as Pennsylvania!

Come enjoy our Little Piece of Haven with amazing lake views and Oneida Lake access across the street. Our log cabin offers the perfect space for a girls weekend away, a fishing weekend or a family lake vacation! There are two bedrooms on the first floor with queen sized beds and a king bed in the spacious loft. A cozy living room and open dining area will make you feel right at home. An amazing deck and garage are added perks. Come enjoy our retreat.

A restful, peaceful, tranquil, fun, spacious, Post & Beam Cedar Log Home experience awaits you, family and friends. We now have new living room furniture, two bathrooms with showers and a 1/2 bath along with a 16x30 deck! Also, as of summer 2018, we have a better lakefront that's bigger, more private and has wildlife galore for you nature lovers. In 2019, we installed a 18x36 pool ready to go WEATHER PERMITTING by Memorial Day weekend!!!!

Cozy, fully furnished, lake front cottage located on Oneida Lake. With a first floor bedroom and a huge upstairs loft style bedroom, you can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. Just a few steps away from swimming, fishing, and boating! Access to a basketball court and field on the other side of the house as well! Steps away from a blueberry farm and a path for walking, biking or taking out a quad.

Foxy Trails

Tucked in the hills of McDonough, Foxy Trails is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The country ambiance is perfect for those who just want to relax and unwind from their busy lives. There is lots of state land around; great for hunters or hikers. Very convenient in the winter time for snowmobilers. Snowmobile trails are just down the road. Hosts are just up the road if you need assistance.
