National Historic Registry Home on UTC Campus Near Downtown

Cross the road to reach the University of Tennessee Chattanooga Fine Arts School. Take a tour of local historic homes, and walk to numerous downtown dining and entertainment spots. Chattanooga's famed outdoor venues are only a short hop away. A city-owned bicycle rental station is just across the street. Please note the house is up in a hill, the driveway is steep.

Our beautiful quiet home is located minutes from downtown Chattanooga and just down the street from Northgate mall. Our fantastic deck is a great place to relax and enjoy nature. The house we are offering is a great size and very comfortable. There is a full kitchen with a microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and refrigerator. You will have full access to the deck and very close to lots of shopping. This is our home also. We live in a separate basement apartment.
