Renting out our lovely flat directly opposite Hackney Downs Park. It is a new build flat in a street with mostly victorian terraces. The flat comprises a lounge with open plan kitchen, two bed rooms (one actual bed room and the other one is furnished with a desk/workspace) and a modern bathroom. Our place is in the Lower Clapton area of Hackney in walking distance from the action in Hackney. Broadway Market and London Fields is a 15 min walk, Dalston is a 15 min walk away.
