Newly renovated loft in a building that is on the National Register of Historic Places. Centrally located in the Gunnison Valley, the loft is in downtown Gunnison and is walking distance from shops, restaurants, grocery stores and WCU. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, biking, ATV trails, fly fishing, rafting, horseback riding and golfing. Crested Butte is 30 minutes away and the wildflower capital of Colorado. In the winter, Crested Butte Ski resort and Monarch Mountain are 45 minutes away.

Our house, located in Downtown Gunnison, is the perfect base camp for your family vacation. The house is kid friendly. We are conveniently located one block from the free bus to Crested Butte. No need to have a car. You can easily walk to all the downtown restaurants, coffee shops and to the grocery store. We are also a few blocks away from Western Colorado University. The house was fully remodeled in 2017 and is very clean. No pets have been in the house since the remodel. Keyless entry!

Bedroom has large south facing window with light filtering shade and small closet. Den has desk for computer work, new flat screen smart TV and WiFi, coffee bar with microwave, frig & coffee maker. Central location, easy walking to all town offerings, access to free bus to Crested Butte, close drives to Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Blue Mesa Reservoir.

Experience staying in an original late 1800's one room log cabin restored and upgraded with all the modern comforts and amenities in a safe, quiet neighborhood. You'll find a Queen bed with ample storage underneath, a full size futon couch and a kitchen that will meet your needs for you're visit. Within a block radius there's 4 restaurants, hockey rink, city parks and bus stop (free bus to Crested Butte), 3 Blocks to down town Gunnison and 6 blocks to Western State Colorado University.

Gunnison Riverside Cabin

An approximately 800 sq ft cabin. Comfortably sleeps 4, can sleep 5 adults; extra beds for children. Spectrum Internet & TV are provided. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator & stove, pots, pans & dishes. Free washer & dryer available. Open living area has a day bed with trundle. Upstairs loft has a queen bed & queen futon. Backyard is fenced for children and/or dog(s) (dogs require permission). Private Gunnison River frontage is out the back gate. You can fish or relax & enjoy the view.

Our petting zoo has 5 of the sweetest Nigerian Dwarf Goats, chickens, and the star of the show, BoMama our miniature donkey. Make a bonfire or visit a number of wineries, fishing holes, mountain hikes, snowboarding and skiing, boating, 4x4 trails, skydiving, scenic mountain towns, historical museums, national parks and more.

Cottage at NeedleRock

Stylish charm with two sleeping options. Queen bed on main level of tiny cottage or a lofted sleeping space up a ships ladder, boasts a new Queen Nectar Mattress. Up the ladder sleeping loft is only for the fit and adventurous. Must be comfortable on your knees due to low headroom situation. Lovely park like setting with outside BBQ Grill. Kitchenette is pretty well outfitted. Tiny Cottage has charm and comforts. Groovy wooden beads across bathroom door so not a ton of privacy.

Central location perfectly suited for a basecamp to adventure in the Gunnison Valley. Among guest favorites is the full sized washer and dryer to freshen up from the day’s excursion. Those wishing to bring a pet, please contact host rather than instant book. Pets must accompany guests whenever leaving loft.

Stay in a piece of Sapinero history! This restored historic cabin is located inside Sapinero Village Campground near Blue Mesa Reservoir. Enjoy the comfort of a cozy cabin while still getting the authentic campground experience, including a shared bathhouse and common campground areas. It’s a great home base for days spent fishing, boating, hiking, or exploring the Gunnison area, with a comfortable place to relax at the end of the day.
