This spacious, newly renovated, two-bedroom cottage is a separate dwelling situated on 5 acres of parkland that can sleep up to 5 people. It has a kitchen (including washing machine), comfy lounge with a cosy warm fireplace for cold nights and is just a 5 minute drive to Bundanoon town centre. Pear Tree Cottage gets its name from the ornamental pear trees that line the driveway leading up to it.

Guests are welcome to join in farm activities, enjoy a guided tour of a windfarm or just relax and enjoy the stunning view from the comfort of the deck.

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Come and enjoy a country escape whilst still only being 15 minutes from Canberra. Our cosy cottage is located in the picturesque countryside, it is fully self contained with reverse cycle air conditioning and all necessary appliances. We are children and pet friendly and have a totally enclosed backyard and patio space for dogs. We run a small hobby farm of 15 chickens, 2 miniature goats, 2 horses and a very friendly dog. We are happy to arrange a meet and greet for guests.
