A Single shepherd's hut on a small 14 acre working farm.• A short drive to Exmoor Zoo, Wistlandpound Reservoir and the coast. Right on the edge of Exmoor, peace, quiet, fab views up to the moor and down towards the sea. Benton View site is set just outside the Exmoor National Park , with one cosy shepherd's hut in its own area among a grassy orchard field. Sheep and chickens wander the site – the tiddlies are welcome to say hi or go and meet some of the menagerie. All welcome, wait to meet you.

Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

An ideal getaway for two in first class, for families there is a bunk bed in the living room area. Dogs at additional cost.

A beautifully restored 1950s caravan and a hot tub in a vintage Land Rover! The Bluebird Penthouse has panoramic views over Taw Valley, Devon, a 50s-era interior, and a touch of luxury. ADULT ONLY 17 AND OVER Get cosy and settle into this rustic, romantic space. Set in the grounds of a 600 year old, thatched Devon Longhouse, with lakes, beautifully designed and thoughtfully placed at an angle to ensure privacy. Inside has a kitchenette, log burner and en-suite shower, whilst outside there is a luxurious hot tub, covered decking area, BBQ and chiminea. An idyllic spot for snuggling up and stargazing.

The Hut at Lower Birch Farmhouse

The Hut at Lower Birch Farmhouse is situated on 10 acres of pasture land in a tranquil valley in North Devon, nestled between the rugged North Devon Coastline, the wilds of Exmoor, and the surfing beaches of Saunton, Woolacombe and Croyde. The Hut sits in a 3 acre field that it shares with a bell tent, June-Aug (location of bell tent can be seen in the photo of the bath).
