A large garage awaits with lots of fun games. With a long aluminum dock for your boat, the house also comes equipped with standup paddle boards, kayaks, and canoe available for use! Enjoy being centrally located!

Property features lots of outdoor-living space for long days in the sun and on the water. Cottage accommodates up to 6 overnight guests.

Nestled in the east end of Gun Lake, is this quaint home with 75ft of lake front including a boat dock. Perfect for a family vacation or weekend getaway w/friends. Come enjoy this 2023 renovated home with new lakeside deck built in 2024! The home includes 2 bedrooms and a queen pullout couch. New front loading washer/dryer added 2026! The cottage is 1.3 miles from BayPointe, 12 mi from Gun Lake Casino, 40 mi from Kalamazoo & Grand Rapids. There is SO much to do around the area!

Visit Lazy River Farm, 4 Kayaks and Farm Animals!

Come enjoy our recently renovated 28' RV that sits directly on the Thornapple River. Enjoy collecting eggs for breakfast from our chicken coop, playing with our goats or kayaking the river. 4 Kayaks Included!!! Feel free to wander our 14 acres or just relax by the river. The RV has a full bathroom, with small shower. It has a stove, microwave, fridge, a grill, and all the necessities to fix a great meal. All linens are provided. Come make some unique memories!

The Barn House

A private country estate on 9 acres in beautiful rural Michigan featuring 5-bedrooms, 2 baths and a large kitchen/living area. This restored Dairy Barn with its original beams was converted into a wonderful residence in the early 1990’s. Cozy, tranquil, and spacious (4,000 square feet) would be a few words to best describe this home with its scenic walk out balcony overlooking a pond. The home owner currently resides in a private apartment in the lower level.

Lakefront Cottage on All Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.

Take a leisurely paddle, explore the many trails through Yankee Springs Rec Area, enjoy several dining and tavern options around the lake, or simply recharge with family and friends. The LAKE and NATURE are calling you to come make new memories!

Experience Gun Lake in this newly remodeled, family-friendly cottage! With 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, it’s perfect for groups. Enjoy lake views from the open floor plan and master suite, relax on the spacious deck with hot tub (October-April) and sauna, or explore with kayaks and SUPs (April-October.) Gather around the fire pit after a day on the water. Dock your boat or jet ski, or fish for your own - Lucky Catch!
