The Hollies is a large and charming 200-year-old farmhouse next door to the quiet village pub in South Kilworth. Located in the heart of England, just 3 miles from Junction 20 of the M1, South Kilworth is the perfect centre of England stop-off on any long journey between the south & north of England. Six huge double bedrooms, 4 of which are triples, one is a family room with a large double bed and a bunk bed for 2, and a standard double. So 12 beds and the ability to sleep a total of 18 people.

Unique rural retreat perched on a hill in open countryside with breathtaking views. The Retreat is a self-contained 3 bedroom home adjacent to our barn conversion in 13 acres. The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) The perfect place for a countryside getaway to totally relax and unwind. Great walking and cycling on your doorstep or just switch off, chill out and enjoy the space.

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and bedroom 2 has two single beds, a modern shower room upstairs and downstairs a WC. The Stables are set within the grounds of a Tudor Manor House, the oldest house in Kibworth. Converted in 2015 the Stables originally Victorian retain much of the original features whilst adding 21st century luxuries. Two bedroom both with en-suites, power showers & electric towel rails. Underfloor heating. TV’s in each bedroom and lounge. Kitchen fully equipped. Toiletries available for use during your stay. Pod point outside the Stables and off street secure parking for two cars.

Willow Cottage

The accommodation was once a barn dating back to 1900. It is a contemporary conversion within the rear garden of the main house. The property incorporates everything needed for a great stay. It is completely private and self-contained. The ground floor consists of an open plan living room/kitchen and is accessed by two large patio doors. A staircase leads to a light and airy bedroom with a king size bed, drawers and a wardrobe. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

OR snuggle up and do nothing but read a good book, cook nice food and relax. We live only 10 minutes away and will help with anything we can! Good pubs are not far away and there is so much to do in the area.
