Immagina di svegliarti con il mare davanti agli occhi, nel cuore del centro storico di uno dei borghi più affascinanti d'Italia. Questo accogliente bilocale ha una splendida vista sulla spiaggia di Levante, da ammirare dal balcone. La posizione perfetta per raggiungere facilmente a piedi il mare, ristoranti, bar, negozi. Situato in uno dei vicoli più suggestivi e fotografati di Sperlonga, l’appartamento regala un’atmosfera autentica e senza tempo da vivere rilassati. Primo piano senza ascensore.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Gli ospiti potranno raggiungere il mare passeggiando per 5 minuti lungo una piacevole strada che conduce alla bellissima spiaggia di San Francesco, attrezzata da numerosi stabilimenti balneari.

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
