In the winter, cozy up to the wood burning stove (the main heat source), take a long walk in the neighborhood or drive 5-min. to downtown Guerneville, which has a number of shops, restaurants and bars. This charming family- and dog-friendly home offers everything you need to kick back and relax, including a chef's kitchen, outdoor dining, a front porch that overlooks an enclosed patio courtyard and a fully fenced and private backyard with 4-person hot tub. Two different beaches with river access are both just a short 5-7 minute walk away.

Surrounded by 4 acres and neighboring the Wildlands Conservancy, the property is calm, quiet, and a great place to take in the beauty of the Sonoma Coast.
