Set on a private 95-acre lake, you'll be sure to enjoy your time kayaking, paddle-boarding, fishing, sitting by the fire pit, or winding down in front of the fireplace with a movie. The neighborhood is magical when the sun sets and you're sure to enjoy a sunset from the dock.

Our tiny home is the optimal getaway with a full kitchen, fire pit, spacious living room and multiple outdoor living spaces.

The Honeysuckle House is a luxury waterfront tiny home created for reconnection, rejuvenation and restoration. It is a respite where you can come and be one with nature as you look out upon the peaceful lake from the oversized screened-in porch, the open air deck or from the private fire pit area. This home sits on 1 acre with large, mature trees and has direct access to the lake for paddle boarding, fishing, kayaking or canoeing. The Honeysuckle House is the perfect place to come and "unplug".

Waterfall Log Cabin

Cozy Log Cabin just feet away from the top of our 2 magnificent private waterfalls. The Falls at Sewanee Creek is located in America’s most biodiverse area on Tennessee's Eco-Rich Cumberland Plateau. Walk to the observation bench at the top of the biggest 50 ft waterfall. Follow the trail behind the falls. Adventure awaits on a rugged, bouldering hike, past cascades and the second big waterfall to two private caves. Disclaimer: Flow of all Waterfalls is subject to weather fluctuations.

The Coalmont Cabin – Romantic Lakefront Escape

The Coalmont is a 4 acre waterfront retreat on top of the South Cumberland Mountains of Tennessee, between Nashville and Chattanooga. This 460 sq ft "tiny" cabin sleeps up to 4. Amenities abound with boats, hot tub, fishing, zip line, lawn games, large decks for gathering, fire pit, and beautiful scenery. The perfectly proportioned little slice of lake house heaven is ideal for a small family or group of close friends. This home is considerably larger than most homes at Waters Edge, has an enormous deck facing the lake and its own private dock for fishing. The home is beautifully decorated throughout. Primary bedroom has a King bed and en-suite bathroom. Guest room has a queen bed The second bathroom has shower and small bathtub, 2 Hallway Bunkbeds 2 Single beds in the loft

Hemlock Cabin at Ranger Creek - Near Coalmont OHV

Room for trailer parking! Tranquility is defined...at The Cabins at Ranger Creek! The cabins are designed to be a cozy and comfortable retreat from the hustle of everyday life. Queen loft bedroom, modern bath, outfitted kitchen, and all you need to feel right at home. **There is a couch in the living room that can pull out, however we do not advise this as a sleeping arrangement for adults, as it is not the most comfortable option. (Just fine for the kids tho!)

Owl’s Nest Treehouse Getaway w/ Hot Tub & Fire Pit

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable treehouse escape. One of the few treehouse cabins in Tracy City, located on 2 acres of beautiful wooded land. We are less than 1 mile from South Cumberland State Park with access to hiking trails, creeks, and Mountain views. Enjoy the sounds of the woods on our elevated deck, or relax in the private hot tub down below. The newly renovated outdoor space includes a grill, fire pit, pond & hanging egg chairs.
