Phelps Pharm, I Was Almost A Treehouse

The treehouse you always wanted as child but can enjoy as an adult. I started out next to three trees that had to be removed but you still may feel a treehouse sway if the wind blows the right way. We are a working farm raising beef cattle and offer horseback riding lessons, arena rides and trail rides along with kayaking down our local river in McMinnville. Our guests have the opportunity to experience farm life and assist us in gathering eggs, feeding the cows or helping with the horses.

Waterfall Log Cabin

Cozy Log Cabin just feet away from the top of our 2 magnificent private waterfalls. The Falls at Sewanee Creek is located in America’s most biodiverse area on Tennessee's Eco-Rich Cumberland Plateau. Walk to the observation bench at the top of the biggest 50 ft waterfall. Follow the trail behind the falls. Adventure awaits on a rugged, bouldering hike, past cascades and the second big waterfall to two private caves. Disclaimer: Flow of all Waterfalls is subject to weather fluctuations.

Tiny Home w/ Firepit + Hot Tub + Canoe

Allow yourself to take a deep breath in and relax at the Bird House. Our home is well-designed with extra space for a family yet still small enough to feel cozy. Relax in the private hot tub or around the firepit with adirondack chairs, café lights, and firewood provided!! Grill out on gas grill. Beautiful landscaping and plenty of privacy. Enjoy the peacefulness and return to a simple pace of life here at the Bird House. 3 bicycles are provided in addition to a nice canoe for use on lake!

Sunrise Mountain Cabin

Welcome to Sunrise Mt. Cabin is located on top of the Cumberland Plateau with a great view of the valley check out our 2 other cabins Patriot's Retreat & Sunrise Mtn Treeshouse. The cabin has approximately 1400 square feet and is fully furnished with full kitchen and more. Hiking trails and fishing pond only a short walk away. Several major state parks with hikes within a few miles of the cabin. The cabin has fiber optic WiFi which is not shared. Pet cats not allowed; we are allergic.

Greeter Falls Lodge Cottage #6

This cottage is located 1 mile from the trailhead to Greeter Falls. Our cottages are modern with all the amenities that you need including a full kitchen. There are many places to fish, kayak, explore and more nearby. Important Note: Ladybugs are very common in our region. Certain times a year we do experience some ladybugs inside of homes. Please know that all lady bugs are removed by housekeepers during the cleaning process, but are likely to be back quite quickly in large quantities.

Collier House is a 1000 sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 bath home that accommodates 7 guests. We offer luxurious memory foam mattresses and premium bedding, WiFi , and parking to accomodate your ATV. We are happy to make special requests or accommodations. We are centrally located in Coalmont, TN only 5 minutes from the entrance of the OHV off road park. We are located only 15 minutes from the South Cumberland park trailheads and from The Caverns event venue. We are 1 hour away from Chattanooga.

The Milk Barn Cottage

Built in the late 1940's as a working milk barn, the Milk Barn Cottage is 800 sq. ft of cozy comfort. The cottage is near the foot of Monteagle Mountain in the beautiful Pelham Valley. We are half-way between Nashville and Chattanooga, about 2 miles off exit 127 on I-24. The Caverns is about an 8 minute drive away. Pelham has quaint restaurants to visit plus all of the natural beauty in our area. We are also just 13 miles from Sewanee and the University of the South.

The Farmstay at Little Tail Farms

Escape to Little Tail Farms in our pet-friendly, one-bedroom farmstay surrounded by goats, sheep, alpaca, mini horses, Scottish Highland cattle, pigs, and more. Wander the farm, meet the animals, and enjoy peaceful pasture views. Near Fall Creek Falls and Savage Gulf, it’s a comfortable home base for farm life, hiking, and exploring the Cumberland Plateau. March - October, overnight guests can join our Saturday Farm Tour at 10 AM, no additional cost. No ticket needed.

Tennessee Mountain House

This one bedroom remote cabin is located on the Cumberland Plateau between Monteagle & McMinnville in the National historic district of Beersheba Springs. Three acres of wooded bluff property overlooks Savage Gulf & provides a secluded, quiet getaway. sleeps 4 but suitable for mostly 2 guest. Also, as you will note: this is the guest house which FACES the SIDE of the main house, so please use the main house porch for sitting and enjoying the view as well.
