Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

On the sea side of the Nature Reserve discover our wood and stone Fynbos Cabins, simple luxury beneath vast, blue West Coast skies. The surprisingly spacious cabins blend discreetly into the landscape. Glass walls yield unobstructed views of Cape floral fynbos. Set in the quiet and tranquil Grotto Bay Private Nature Reserve , our well-equipped comfortable 3 bedroom 3 bathroom, (3 couples plus 2 additional beds for children) home with solar power looks out across beautiful and pristine fynbos towards the sea and has been designed to allow the tranquil Cape light to filter through while framing the surrounding views of the West Coast landscape .

The Red House is a charming, rustic cottage nestled in the heart of the small village of Koringberg. Surrounded by wheat farms, this retreat offers the best of countryside living - stargazing, farmland scenery, and the area’s largest swimming pool! Ideal for families or a small group of friends. Our house is not perfect, but we love it to bits, and we hope you'll enjoy it just as much as we do!
