House with private dock and cove on Lake Brownwood. Bring the whole gang! This newly remodeled home on the south shore of Lake Brownwood is sure to please. Enjoy the private lighted boat dock, a "jettied private cove", covered back porch with lake and sunset views. This old home has been completely upgraded while keeping the vintage charm like shiplap walls. The Wild Duck Marina is less than a mile away. FYI the lake is low. Our dock is currently a deck, with beautiful sunset views!

This home is in a private spot yet in the middle of town. The Master bedroom is bright and cheery with a memory foam Queen bed. The map room has an antique double bed as well as a desk for your convenience. Two twin beds flank the 3rd bedroom, the mountain room. All bedrooms have room darkening curtains. Only the main bathroom has a bathtub.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Sit on the back porch over looking the Jim Ned Creek while watching the sun come up with your cup of coffee. Enjoy all of the native Texas wildlife that surrounds the creek bottom, some of the best fishing in Brown county, kayaking, paddle boating, swimming and family time. Located not far from town but you get the enjoyment of the country.

Hefner Lake House

THE LAKE IS back!! Thank God for the rain. The cabin provides a relaxing getaway. Rustic charm with amazing views. 2 private bedrooms, One queen bed and one full. 2 sets of bunks outside of bedrooms for extra sleep space. The top bunks are rated for 80lbs so the house is set up for 6 adults and 2 children. 3 lots for playing and relaxing. Dock for fishing, swimming or boat parking.
