The cottage has a large dining kitchen, utility room, cosy sitting room with wood burner and 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people. There is 1 bathroom with large shower. Our lovely house with allocated parking is located just a few minutes from the promenade and beach in Cleethorpes. Ideal for a short break, holiday or for contractors and business travel. The house is suited to individuals, couples or families. We also welcome four legged friends! The house has a fully fitted kitchen, two living rooms, one with sofa bed, downstairs toilet and two spacious bedrooms upstairs. Outside there is a fully enclosed small garden.

Built around 1847 the Old Bakery has been many things. A butchers, a shop, a Blacksmiths. it has a charming and chequered history which is reflected in its character. Village location. 2 pubs, both that serve great food. 2x General stores. Larger shops within 15 mins. Lots of walking in the local area across the Wolds (AOAB). Beach (year round dog friendly) a short drive away. Louth nearby (foodie heaven) with a regular market and independent retailers.
