A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Die Treppe zum Haus (90 Stufen) zu erklimmen lohnt sich allemal, denn die Unterkunft zeichnet sich durch viel Helligkeit und eine gossartige Aussicht aufs Dorf aus. Nebst einer vollwertig ausgestatteten Küche ist die Wohnung mit einer Badewanne, einer gemütlichen Sitzecke und einem 1.80m Bett bestückt. Fernseher mit Apple-TV Box und kostenloses WLAN sind vorhanden sowie ein abschliessbarer Skiraum.

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

Situata in mezzo alla natura ai piedi del parco naturale del Mont Avic, a 4 km dal casello autostradale di Verres, a 40 minuti da Aosta e 20 minuti dal Forte di Bard. Champdepraz è un piccolo paese della Valle d'Aosta, di posizione strategica dalla quale si possono raggiungere facilmente le diverse vallate: Val d'Ayas, Gressoney, Champorcher e Cervinia.

Idéal pour des randonnées, du VTT, du ski, du ski de fond, des balades en raquettes ou du "farniente". Les activités culturelles et la gastronomie locale sont aussi remarquables.

L’originale risale al 1700 circa e veniva utilizzata come Cappella del villaggio; la ristrutturazione è avvenuta mantenendo il più possibile lo stile e i materiali originali, compatibilmente con le necessità abitative moderne.
