A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. New heat pumps to customize heating and cooling on both floors! Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina provides convenient access to launch your boat.

Located on 32 private acres, this adorable former boathouse features a king bedroom upstairs with an outdoor deck, stunning views of Moosehead Lake and Big Moose Mountain, and a cozy little bunk room for kids, friends, or guests. Downstairs you’ll find a full kitchen, living, and dining area with an attached screen porch and easy access to the dock below. This cabin is nestled on a multi-acre private property, with unique features including a pebble beach for swimming and large deck to relax and listen to the loons call. You'll feel away from it all, while steps away from downtown. The duplex has an identical Red and Green side, each featuring 2 bedrooms, kitchen, full bath with shower, and living room with futon. The two units are connected via a door on the covered porch with outside access to each unit from either side of the deck.
