Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. The Blue Lake Boutique is an experience all in itself. It’s the perfect mix of mid century meets southwest. Step back in time to our unique 1955 guesthouse where you will feel like you’re at a secluded mini resort, all while being just 1.5 miles to the U of A, 2.5 miles to Historic 4th Ave and 2.8 miles to downtown. Tucson International Airport is an easy 7 miles and Saguaro National Park East is 13 miles or Saguaro National Park West is 16 miles. Close to all Gem Show exhibits!

Little House in the Desert

Tiny Home. Very private. Peaceful and quiet. Lots of land surrounding. Separate driveway And huge lot area. Dog Ok. NO CATS New, extremely comfortable Queen memory foam/gel mattress in the bedroom and brand new Queen memory foam mattress in the pull out couch. This is the perfect little HOuse in the Desert and brand new! We are available to you and very close in the main house on the other side of the property. The houses are separated by a large brick wall.
