Be Our Guest at The Whistle House our building was built in 1906. It was home to Whistle Soda Bottling Company. We have renovated the apartment in the building. Relax and Enjoy! We have WIFI, 2 Smart TV's among everything else you could need. Katy depot is .08 miles for Katy trail riders. The surrounding area (110,000 acres) provides plentiful & diverse opportunities, including hiking, horseback riding, golfing, biking, bonfires, bird watching, off-road vehicle adventures, & some of the best hunting in the country.

We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the entrance to the fair as well as the Katy trail. We have a cozy 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit with a 70” tv that can fit 4 individuals comfortably. Hungry? We are located 1 block away from Sonic, Subway, two Mexican and a Chinese restaurants. McDonald’s, Burger-King, TacoBell, Dominoes and Pizza Hut are less than a mile away.

Welcome to our charming boho-inspired Grain Bin Cabin, the Highland is ideal for 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 smaller children. Upstairs, you'll find a comfortable king bed in the loft, while downstairs features a cozy futon in the main living space. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Full Bath with a walk-in shower downstairs. Experience a serene countryside getaway with breathtaking sunsets and peaceful surroundings, just moments away from Versailles.

This spacious cabin has 1 bedroom with a comfortable, king sized bed, a queen sized hide a bed couch in living room, and a well equipped kitchen. The outside sitting area is a peaceful oasis with the view of the cattle and horse farm. An outside outlet is available for charging your boat. Bike, walking trails, and a marina are all within 1. 4 miles. Downtown shopping area is 5 minutes away. Roku and wifi are available.

Convenient and comfortable! Our Colorful Cottage is within minutes of UCM and about 10 minutes from WAFB. We have the Cottage with all the amenities needed for a nightly, weekly, or a monthly stay. Your dogs are welcome to stay as well! Pet Policy: $30-1 dog $10-each additional Please keep dogs off of furniture at all times. Kennel if anxious or destructive when left alone. Urban Cabin

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located Urban Cabin. Pet friendly with a fully fenced-in back yard and outdoor dog house. This cozy home is located just a few blocks from Centennial Park and the hospital. We're also a short drive to the Missouri State Fairgrounds, Downtown Sedalia, and the Katy Trail.

The Broken Spoke

"The Broken Spoke" nightly rental sits on just over a quiet acre of land only steps from the Katy Trail and minutes from local restaurants and shopping. We can accommodate up to six in the house, we have additional camping space available for larger groups upon request, as well as extended stay rates.
