This property is a 10-minute walk from the beach. Located in Stoupa village, this villa features a terrace and a garden with stone BBQ and an outdoor pool, amazing view. The property is 45 km from Kalamáta Airport. Free private parking is available on site. The villa has 3 floors, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 WC, a big sitting room and dinning room, and kitchen. The living room has traditional wooden ceiling, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa bed, tv, home cinema, traditional fireplace and w/c. Breathtaking view of the bay and the village with the traditional towers.

Anemomilos

It is a real old windmill that worked to grind wheat and produce flour. This operation stopped with the appearance of the machines a few years later when it was used as a residence. It consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen and the bathroom, the children's bedroom upstairs and on the third floor there is the main bedroom with a 360th view of the endless blue but also in the mountainous part of the island. Outside there is a pool,kitchen ,shower.
