Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

Workout in our shared gym 2 bedrooms-king and bunk (twin, full, trundle) and 1 bathroom Guest access: You will need to walk around back and down about 20 stairs. Soothing colors, so comfortable, and lots of extras. Our “mini farm” is located on over an acre in a quiet bedroom community. Beautiful views of our small orchard, garden, and the mountains. Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space.

Enjoy a relaxing visit to Utah or a little staycation at this cozy home in peaceful Clearfield. Featuring 2 queen bedrooms and a bathroom with an open concept kitchen and living room. Relax by the firepit in the backyard or enjoy a meal on the back patio. Enjoy coffee at the coffee bar and relax by the fireplace. The area offers plenty of options for hiking and there are several ski areas between a 30-60 minute drive. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do in just a short drive!

Welcome to my duplex I have named Warm and Friendly. The bedroom upstairs has a king bed, and the larger room downstairs also has a king bed. There is a bonus room I call the nook in the basement and it has a queen bed. The kitchen has full sized appliances with a table that will seat 4. There are lots of pillows and blankets. The loveseat in living room has a pull-out bed for a smaller person.
