Situated close to the market town of Penrith and Lake Ullswater it is in a perfect location for exploring the Lake District and the Eden Valley. Away from the tourist crowds but also within easy access to hotspots and amenities. There are attractions in the local area for all ages and interests.

In Summer enjoy easy access to the loch and beach which is great for watersports and outdoor activities or take trips away to explore Ben Lomond & The Trossachs or the surrounding countryside and West Highland Way.

Nestled at the end of a private road between Drymen and Balmaha, it has its own private parking and enclosed garden. French doors open out onto a fabulous decking area furnished with a table and garden sofas. A few steps down from the deck sits a tastefully furnished Scandinavian BBQ hut. It is centrally located within easy reach of Dolgellau, Machynlleth and Welshpool where guests can participate in a wide range of activities from hillwalking to mountain biking. We are dog friendly but do have dogs on site so only friendly, well behaved ones please.
