The fully fenced in yard is a true oasis with plenty of room to tan, grill and sit around the fire pit. Parking for 4 cars. Downtown Newburyport is only 3 miles away. Beach essentials include beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, cooler and cart.

Oceanview Condo

Amazing ocean view studio condo. Wake up to views of the Atlantic Ocean as you sip morning coffee on your private balcony. Prime location within walking distance of restaurants and all the action. Room is professionally cleaned and includes fresh bath towels, sheets, and pillows. The beach is directly across the street! The condo is 308 square ft and includes 1 queen and 1 full size futon in the sitting area.

G St Inn Unit 4

Two Bedroom, One Bath with Kitchenette. Great location off of G st. 300 feet from the beach! Walking Distance to Restaurants and Shops! This unit has no parking. Private and public parking lots within walking distance. Paid Parking can be found behind G st at 92 Ashworth Avenue. There is additional parking on Ocean Boulevard across from G St or on Ashworth Avenue behind F St. We do not supply linens or towels.

Steps to North Beach Paradise

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A few steps to North Beach and Hampton's main beach as well. Full kitchen with stainless appliances and outdoor BBQ. Enjoy family meals on the patio. Take a walk or ride your bike to Hampton's center and watch the weekly fireworks. Rental includes all linens and bath towels, use of beach buggy and boogie boards. Sorry, no pets or indoor smoking/vaping, etc.
