This Passport model trailor/ house is for outdoor enthusiast. Our tastefully remodeled 1956 trailor/ house surrounded by 50 of the most beautiful acres in Grayson county. Spectacular southern views of mountains in Allegheny and Ashe county, North Carolina. There is no WiFi but good cell phone signal is available all over property including 4G. You will find plenty of restaurants and bars in Independence, VA and Sparta, NC but we have found that once you arrive you don't want to leave.

You can enjoy morning or evening walks around the hay field or with a short drive get to the river or new river trail for some outdoor activities!

Beautiful meadows, forest, springs, creek and pond. Pet friendly. We love doggy visitors! Hike over the farm, anf large fenced meadows. Enjoy the fire pit. Have a really large group? Add Sunrise Cottage and Meadows, also on the farm. Or Middleside Farmhouse, likewise on the farm.
