The flat has 2 double bedrooms sleeping 4 people, with 2 shower rooms. A comfortable sitting room with designated dining area and a fully functioning kitchen.

For those with international business, Humberside Airport is a mere 10 minutes away!

Our cosy little house is in the centre of the village of Messingham. There’s lots of pubs and eateries within walking distance. We have an Indian, Thai, Italian & dog friendly pubs with live music, hairdressers, beauty salons, a bakery & food shops. A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A stream with ducks is in the next village. Woldview retreat is on the edge of the small village of Spridlington, and has open plan living, dining and sleeping, with bifold doors opening out on to a balcony showcasing the scenic views of rural Lincolnshire. Enjoy the lovely setting of this luxurious hideaway in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Our Saddlehouse is set to the side of the farmyard of our working farm and is metres away from the Viking Way footpath. A perfect retreat for walkers and mountain bikers. The farm is situated on a dead-end lane and boasts gorgeous uninterrupted views of the wolds. Sadly unsuitable for infants or children.
