We offer 60 courtesy kilowatt hours per night of rental. We capture the starting point upon check in and calculate the amount used during stay. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene beach property. This Rancho has never been available until my New Zealand family bought it last year and reignited its special character. An amazing vista of the sea and pool makes for a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. There is also a full kitchen. we offer pizza on request. Breakfast is also available. We can accommodate up to 24 sizes groups with other rooms. great wedding venue.

Beach House Quizala / pool/outdoor kitchen /beach

A real beach house directly on Quizala beach which was built in 2010 and to which, year after year, we have modified and added rooms to now be able to accommodate 6 people. The house is located in Playa Quizala, therefore 1 hour 15 minutes from the capital Managua. A new outdoor kitchen with bbq and an upstairs veranda have been added. We are the owners of Casa Blanca next door, so ideal for hosting 2 families on vacation.
