Please note that there are uneven steps and path going down to the house from the parking area and many steps going down to the dock also. Once in the house...all on the same floor. With two living rooms, large outdoor deck, and nearly 1.5 acres, there is no shortage of space to spread out. This home is nestled just a short drive up the mountain from Fontana Village resort/marina and 10 miles from the Tail of the Dragon. It includes a carport and is easily accessible by paved roads and a circular paved driveway.
