Northlight studio, queen bed ,and foldout couch,divided from bedroom by curtains. Small kitchenette and dining room area.

Over 700 ft of private shoreline offers a unique opportunity to experience the Pemigewasset River. The shallow riverbank offers accessibility to most guests. 3 kayaks are available for even more fun! With 5 separate sleeping areas and 3 full baths guests have ample space to call their own. All living spaces are adorned with plush furnishings to ensure your comfort!

A cooks (happy place) kitchen. A large living room with a fireplace & direct access to the walk out deck with breathtaking views.

Cozy Woodland Cabin

If you seek rustic solitude, you'll love the cozy woodland cabin, a pine-paneled one-room cabin nestled in a meadow surrounded by forest and fields, +/- 2 blocks from the house and road. Weather permitting, vehicles can drive to the cabin. Cabin has electricity and heat, but NO running water. Outhouse behind cabin has a Nature's Head composting toilet. Guests may shower in a private bathroom in the main house. Breakfast included. This is "glamping" at its most comfortable and private.
