It's adjacent to a city bike trail that links to the Pumpkinvine nature/bike trail. It's close to a train crossing (with whistle) and a busy street.

The Serenity Suite is one of two listings to accommodate guests. This suite is a 230 sq ft. tiny house studio apartment created in 2022. A kitchen island with 2 barstools is in the center of the space. This can be used as a sit down eating spot or a dedicated workspace. Peaceful get-away in the country. Rich colorful apartment ideal for an extended business trip or just for fun. A thousand square feet of comfortable living space in our walk-out basement. Five to ten minutes from an eclectic mix of dining options and bustling art/artisan scene in downtown Goshen. Walking/biking trails are 1.5 mi. away. Bike trails are also available in Goshen and extend all the way from Elkhart to Shipshewana. We're two minutes from Goshen Airport.

Best suited for travelers in town for business and sight seeing. Well suited for longer-term contract workers as well. This beautifully updated, retreat-like, basement guest suite will provide all the space and comfort you want while you visit our area. The main entrance (keyless) is a SHARED ENTRANCE to our family home, and the steps to the lower level basement are right inside the front door. The lower level is a designated space for our guests.

Lovely one bedroom apartment where you can relax, work, or play amidst the beautiful nature around Goshen Dam Pond and Mill Race Canal. Great birding, biking, and fishing. (Bring bikes, fishing gear, kayaks, and binoculars.) Community: Goshen College and Goshen Hospital are walking distance. Close to downtown restaurants, Janus Motorcycles, and Greencroft Communities.
