There is ample parking for 4+ cars. Both front/back yards are lawned for plenty of play space, and backyard is fenced. Outdoor settings on front balcony and back porch. Recently and lovingly brought back to life, this cozy and comfy beachhouse has been in our family for over 30 years and we are looking forward to sharing it with our guests. Perfect location, summer or winter, 350 metre walk to Goolwa beach. Modern, airy and clean, with comfy beds, quilts, blankets and pillows supplied. IMPORTANT: MUST PROVIDE OWN TOP AND BOTTOM SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS. Large rear deck and fully fenced back yard. We love to travel and have set up our beach house with all the things we think you need for a great break. Fur babies welcome, please remember their bed or blanket.
