Our custom built guesthouse was completed in 2016. It is situated on 5 redwood-covered acres, 10 minutes south of Los Gatos and 20 minutes from Santa Cruz. We have easy access to hiking and biking trails, world-class wine-tasting, microbreweries, shops, amazing dining, and more! There is something for everyone in our area! We are surrounded by a 35 acre tree farm, so it's very private, yet close to the silicon valley! Our property has a standby generator so we are not affected by power outages.

The apartment has a private entrance and is equipped with a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric kettle, table, dishes, and silverware), bathroom, and full size closet. The studio is furnished with a queen bed, desk, nightstand, and shelving cabinet. Access to washer and dryer may be arranged ONLY for visits of one week or longer (not generally available). Free WiFi.

There are many open space hiking and biking trails within a short drive, and the beach. 5 miles from Alice's Resturant. San Francisco and Santa Cruz are easily accessible. The house has vaulted ceilings and a full kitchen, and laundry.
