Я собственник. живу в этом же здании и поэтому гости сразу без задержек (как обычно бывает на ресепшене) по приезду сразу вселяются в номер, в котором предварительно уже включено отопление-кондицонер и бойлер с горячей водой. Квартира находятся на 31 этаже Уютная,хороший,свежий ремонт. В квартире есть абюсалютно все для приятного время провождения: техника, посуда, постельное, полотенца, Wi-Fi. Очень красивый и незабываемый вид: на море, набережную,озеро и "поющие" фантаны с ночной подсветкой

Top luxury, 11th floor, gorgeous view to the sea

The city Batumi's district Gonio is surrounded by green mountains. It is known for having the cleanest water on the coast of the sea. Our house stays in 20m. distance from the water and at the promenade in front are many lovelies restaurants/cafes with delicious food! The joyful atmosphere of the beach has additionally many water entertainments (water parachute, paraplan etc.). The silhouettes of 8 mountains are running into the water and one can also see the skyline of Batumi (8 km. – 5$ taxi).

Villa Gonio Hills is a peaceful hillside retreat with two fully equipped kitchens and open living spaces. All 6 bedrooms have private bathrooms and doorlocks for privacy. Enjoy a garden with fruit trees, hammocks, sun loungers, and openair pool (June–October). Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are perfect for barbecues. Public transport stops in front of the house, and parking is available in the backyard. 15-20 min drive to Batumi and 10-15 min drive to the beach (Gonio, Kvariati, Sarpi).
