The back of the house has the kitchen, with exposed brick, a dining area, and a bathroom with a washer and dryer.

It’s the perfect place to watch Eagles in the winter, and enjoy water activities in the summer. Great spot for fishing, canoeing/kayaking and includes a boat ramp on the property with plenty of parking. Beach area with sand for kids. Kayak provided. The house is uniquely lifted in the air. So walking stairs is required.

There is also access to a hot tub and fire pit upon request.
