A bit further away, but worth the drive, are Whitecap Mountain and Porcupine Mountains. Also, close to ABR x-c skiing, the Iron Belle Trail, and Lake Superior. Winter Hikes are beautiful in the U.P. Bring your fur babies along for a winter hike to the Porkies, Lake of the Clouds or Black River Scenic Byway.

Come stay on our hobby farm with us! We are in a great central location to multiple hiking trails and gorgeous falls. We have had many guests visit the sea caves in Cornucopia, spend the day in Bayfield, or hike the Porcupine Mountains. The Whitley house is furnished with all the essentials plus some and if you have a special request or need we do everything we can to try to accommodate you. 10 mins from Lake Gogebic County Park and many other fishing spots. A short drive to the Porcupine Mountains and directly off the ATV/snowmobile trail that runs through Marenisco.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Super easy to find right off US2. Close to any and all adventures in the area. There are 2 separate bedrooms and a pull out bed in the couch if needed. Fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets and pillows, games and a kids version of pool, air hockey, and foosball table in the basement.

Lake Superior is about 6 miles to the north, Lake Gogebic is 12 miles to the south. The Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park is 9 miles away along Lake Superior, offering skiing, snowshoeing, hiking and waterfalls.
