This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday house-built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. It's located on WOLIN island (Western Polish Baltic coast),10km east from Miedzyzdroje. You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. The beach itself: wide, wide, long, white sandy beach. In the house: a fire place+ sauna and 5 bed rooms (4 x double bed + 1 room with 2 bunk beds for kids)

Die Unterkunft ist ideal sowohl für Paare, die Ruhe suchen, als auch für Familien mit Kindern – dank der Nähe zum Naturpark Am Stettiner Haff. Zur Abwechslung sind die zahlreichen Attraktionen von Stettin in nur 25 Min. Autofahrt leicht erreichbar. Berlin liegt nur 150 km entfernt.

Unser Haus ist ein großzügiges Landhaus von 1912 inmitten eines 5000 m2 großen Naturgrundstücks. Es bietet Platz für 7-8 Personen, wurde aufwendig saniert und eingerichtet mit antiken Bauernmöbeln und einigen Designklassikern. Gelegen am Rande eines Dorfes in der vorpommerschen Prärie unweit von Stettin und 1,5 h von Berlin entfernt, lasst Ihr die überlaufene Uckermark hinter Euch. Findet Erholung oder einen ruhigen Arbeitsplatz in der hügeligen Endmoränenlandschaft mit vielen kleinen Badeseen.

W swojej ofercie mamy usługę gąrącej kąpieli relaksacyjnej w czanie (tzw.bani), sauny opalanej drewnem oraz tężni. USŁUGI SĄ DODATKOWO PŁATNE. Do dyspozycji jest też kilka rowerów. Obiekt znajduje się na terenie Natura 2000, do piaszczystej plaży nad Zalewem Szczecińskim prowadzi 8km ścieżka rowerowa.

Möchtest du gerne deinen Kindern zeigen wie das Leben auf einem Bauernhof aussieht oder einfach nur ein paar Tage entspannen? Dann bist du genau richtig. Im umbebauten alten Schweinestall gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer inklusive Küche und großem Wohnbereich. Neben 100 Milchkühen gibt es auch Katzen, Hühner, Alpakas und Kaninchen auf dem Hof. Außerdem gibt es viele Traktoren und Maschinen zu bestaunen. Ein Ausflug ins nur 10 km entfernte Stettin bietet sich an.

Far from the big city, our "hunter's cottage" is located on a picturesque plot on the edge of the forest reserve "Wiejkowski las". Here you can experience complete peace and pure nature! A walk through the forest, past numerous swamps and lakes, relaxing reading a book by the fireplace or a trip to the nearby Baltic Sea? All this and much more is what you can excpect here! Parties (such as bachelor parties) are not possible due to noise disturbance for other guests.
