It is high set with stairs down to a fully fenced garden, so the property is pet friendly, and has off street parking. The Bellevue hotel and shops are nearby.

The space is quite large and can easily accommodate 6 people. Extra people at $15 pp/pn. It has 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. All windows and doors have security screens. Only 15 minutes to Toowoomba, but far enough away to see every star in the night sky.
