The Home has HEPA filter, and UV light air filtration, and laundry facilities on site with soap and detergent. There's large driveway with plenty of parking for trucks+boats/trailers/RV's etc.

'Little Bay Getaway' is a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Lake Michigan, or to serve as a hub for your adventurous getaway vacation. This adorable little cottage is ideally located across the street from Van Cleve Park and Lake Michigan. Use the bikes we provide to explore the charming town of Gladstone or venture out to see some of the amazing sights that can only be found in Michigan's Upper Peninsula!

Cozy cottage with room for 4-5 on Lake Michigan. Conveniently located five minutes from Escanaba, you can relax in the hot tub, enjoy the fire pit, soak in the views of lake from the fenced in yard, or walk down to the lake with chairs and a fire pit waterside. The cottage is located with shared parking next door to a restaurant that we also own; the best wood fired pizza around! Kitchen closes at 9:00pm EST and restaurant closes at 10:00pm EST. 1 queen bedroom, 1 queen futon. SmartTv, Wifi.

The Delta Nest is quiet, secure and easily accessible right off the sidewalk. Location is walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, deli and grocery store. Pull through parking at the side of building for boats, campers or trailers and plenty of parking spaces in the front of building.
