The house is located on the island of Stromboli -Ginostra- and enjoys a view of th highly-active volcano. At nighttime, fountains of erupting lava can be seen from the property. the house also offers an enchanting view of the sea and the other Aeolian Isalnds. The historic building is filled with charm, and consits of 1 big bedroom, 1 kitcen, 1 bathrooom and 1 nice terrace, the latter of which are covered with bamboo mats that provide shade in the summer months.Your luggage will be transferred free of charge to the house by donkey upon your arrival. Ginostra is a no traffic zone, and therfore particlarly well-suited for children. The rocky, black coast is unique, with an area by the sea that forms a natural wading pool for children. Excursions to other islands are possible daily, as are guided tours of the volcano. The house has internet access via satellite. The vilage has 3 restaurants and two grocery stores, one emergency medical-centre and a small post office. Connections to the other islands are guaranteed daily by boat and hydrofoil. Twice-weekly there is a boat to Naples. Volcano tours are available daily with qualified volcano guides. Another option is an excursion by boat to the "Sciara del fuoco" (stream of fire), which offers an excellent view of Stormboli's eruptions from the water. The sea's rocky black coast is enchanting and is an ideal place for diving. With its unique vegetation, the nature reserve is a beautiful place for hiking, especially in spring and fall. Thanks to its location, its stunning view of the sea, the rest of the archipelago and the volcano, the house is both unique and unforgettable.

Bellissima casa a picco sul mare con terrazza panoramica che regala una vista stupenda sul mare infinito e sull’intero arcipelago delle Isole Eolie. Situata nel cuore del villaggio a pochi minuti dalla scogliera balneare. Dispone di due camere con l'accesso indipendente e balcone vista vulcano. Il bagno ad uso esclusivo, si trova sulla terrazza. La camera da letto matrimoniale puo' ospitare un terzo letto, il living ha un divano letto e un' attrezzata cucina, il bagno è con la vasca e fuori c'è un ampio e super panoramico patio in cui trascorrere magiche serate. Il Perciato è a Pianoconte a pochi passi dalla fermata del bus e del supermarket dove potrai trovare tutti i prodotti locali delle Eolie. Benvenuti

La struttura immersa nel verde di Pollara offre, sia dalla veranda, dalla camera da letto e dalla cucina, una vista mozzafiato. Grazie alla loro esposizione è possibile assistere ad un meraviglioso tramonto accompagnato dalla incantevole vista delle Isole Filicudi ed Alicudi. E' possibile tra l'altro raggiungere l'antico borgo di pescatori con una piacevole passeggiata, dove potrete riconoscere alcuni luoghi del film Il Postino. Posto ideale per trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax.

Data la sua esposizione a sud, nelle giornate piu' belle si riesce a vedere anche il vulcano Etna. La proprietà è composta da due camere da letto, cucina e due bagni, e tutto l'esterno, compresa l'aia. Dalla casa si può accedere con un sentiero di 1km alla spiaggia.

Prenditela con calma in questo spazio unico e rilassante.Percorrendo lo storico e caratteristico sentiero che parte da Val di Chiesa e scende verso la costa si raggiunge Battiato Home Lo spazio esterno ombreggiato dal tipico cannizzo dà accesso al living room con la cucina dotata di tutto, ed accanto vi è una camera da letto con bagno in camera. La scala aperta sul living conduce al piano superiore in cui vi sono una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno e l'accesso ad un terrazzino.

Casa Elisa is located 1.5 km from the center of Lipari. The house can be reached through an uphill road of about 500 meters. Recently renovated in typical Aeolian style with terraces covered with reeds supported by wooden beams resting on masonry columns and typical seats with tiled with antique hand-painted majolica. Access the roof of the house that has stone seats. From here you can enjoy the full 360-degree view from its Villa. The villa is also equipped with car parking.
