Posizione tranquilla, con posteggio interno riservato, inoltre il supermercato si trova a 3 minuti. La posizione permette di muoversi liberamente a piedi; l'Imbarcadero dei battelli della Navigazione per le isole Borromeo è a soli 750 metri. Funivia per il Mottarone a 900 metri, dove si potrà discendere con la monorotaia Alpyland e raggiungere gli impianti sciistici. Golf Club a 3 km.
