This is a 2 bedroom house attached to existing house with 2 solid core doors separating. Has double carport. Laundry is shared with owner, has separate entrance.

Our "Cosy Corner" (granny flat) is located at the back of our property, right in town—within easy walking distance to the city center and the foreshore. It features a queen-size bed, a kitchenette for basic cooking, and a private ensuite bathroom. The studio has its own separate entrance, though the backyard is shared with the main house.

The Lilypad is a self contained, two bedroom, holiday home situated within the grounds of our residence in Esperance. We are on a peaceful, five acre block that boasts some amazing native Australian flora and fauna. It has been recently renovated
