Less than 5 miles to Curtis... Perfectly nested in a beautiful country setting with pull in driveway with a large area for parking. Plenty of FREE firewood for the firepit for relaxing around a fire in the evening under the stars. Maple Leaf is centrally located 1 hour or less to U.P. attractions. South Manistique Lake which is 2 miles north of cottage. You can access the trails from the south of cottage 300 feet on a scenic trail in the woods about 2 miles turn left or right to find the trails.

We are about 1/2 mile from Highway 2, 8 miles to Lake Michigan beaches, and within 1 hour to most Eastern U.P. attractions including Tahquamenon Falls, Lake Superior, Oswald’s Bear Ranch, Pictured Rocks, Big Springs ( Kitch-iti- Kipi) or the Mackinac Bridge and Mackinac Island. Owners live on the premises and will usually be in the area should problems arise.

Enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning while enjoying the screened in porch attached to the cabin. There’s a fire pit right out front with firewood available on premise. Relax and destress.

Come stay at our lakefront Round Lake Cottage and enjoy the spectacular sunrise, clear sandy bottom, boating, fishing and swimming fun that lake life has to offer. Relax in the water, on the dock or kick back around the fire and tell your best stories. Located on the West side of North Manistique Lake aka “Round Lake” in the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Spend the day at the lake or see sites like Tahquamenon Falls, Oswald’s Bear Ranch, Seney Wildlife Refuge and Pictured Rocks.

Seney Cabin with hot tub

The Seney Cabin features a rustic log home adjacent to Seney National Wildlife Refuge for hiking trails, nature watching, cross country skiing, and fishing. It is located directly on the beautiful Manistique River. There are snowmobile and ATV/ORV trails just down the road. There is a fire pit and picnic table in the backyard. The cabin has a large full kitchen and dining table that seats 8, full size washer and dryer, fireplace, and deck. A perfect place to build some UP memories!

Bings Bearadise River Cabin

Relax and enjoy this peaceful cabin near the river. The cabin is located in a campground less than 3 miles from the Seney Wildlife Refuge, on the beautiful Manistique River. Bings sleeps up to 4 people. There is a full size bed. Insta bed, also a comfortable couch. Wi-fi, 40" Roku tv, fridge/freezer, micro, console table, mirror, picnic table, firepit, 4 camp chairs, Kuerig coffee and charcoal grill. We supply the clean linens and towels. Bathhouse is a short walk away.

North Lake Cottage

The cabin is located on a beautiful spring fed lake (North Manistique Lake) offering clear waters and sandy bottom; perfect for swimming, boating & fishing. The home comes with a large patio, grill and outdoor fire pit. The modernized cabin has huge floor to ceiling windows in the main room featuring the kitchen, living room and fire place. Two bedrooms, mud room, and bathroom are also included. The large 1.5acre yard offers plenty of space for parking & yard games.

Riverfront Cabin #2

We are a campground, home to Benny Beardfisher, the famous Thomas Dambo Troll. Riverfront Cabin #2 (R2) is situated right on the riverbank. The cabin comfortably houses 2-4 people. The cabin is furnished with a queen size bed. Additional cots available upon request. Cabin is equipped with microwave mini fridge, propane heater, a/c and wifi. 30 sec walk to bathhouse. We have a darling camp store filled with anything you may have forgot or decide you can't live without.
