Three-year-old, Amish-built cabin set in a cabin community on the shores of Lake Erie. Beautiful lake views and sunsets, quiet peaceful, and so much to do. Only a short drive to GOLT/Geneva, historic Ashtabula Harbor, countless local wineries, Spire Institute, etc. While you will not have a lake view from the cabin's porch, you will have access to a private beach within the community. This beautiful space has a private covered deck, & is also walking distance to the Madison Township Park which has bball & sand volleyball courts.

Rebuilt in 2023 from what was a two-story boathouse, Tree-Top Cottage features an Open Floor Plan, with breathtaking elevated views of Lake Erie through 3 large sliding glass doors or a private balcony with Adirondack chairs and a breakfast table. Inside are two full bathrooms, one with a SPA jet shower panel, overhead heat, and LED mirrors. A Helix Plus King-Size Mattress provides luxurious comfort, and a leather couch sits you in front of a faux-stone electric fireplace, and a 50" Roku HDTV.

Dreaming Tree Cottage, our recently updated home is located in a private community, Mapleton Beach, offering a lakeview & beach access perfect for your getaway. It is located near the heart of wine country and in the middle of the GOTL strip. While a few wineries and a brewery are walkable, many other wineries are a 15-20 minute drive away. It is easy to access ride services such as Uber/Lyft. There is also a wine shuttle we recommend that can be pre-booked by the Lodge + Conference Center.

Over 30 area wineries-one right next door, 1/4 mi to Historic Geneva-On-The-Lake GOTL Strip-1st Ohio Resort early 1900, family and adult amusements , trails along the shoreline within walking distance, 1 hr west to Cleveland Ohio or east to Presquile Isle, Pa, or south to Amish Country. No smoking. 2 cars avail parking but is negotiable. Be mindful of the Condo Association Rules.
