Superb 18thC, cosy cottage on the cobbled streets of Dent with fabulous views. The comfortable lounge boasts a wood burner, 2 seater recliner and smart TV. The vintage kitchen has kept its original charm, while being well equipped with modern conveniences including a washing machine and dishwasher. The master bedroom boasts views of the village church and hills beyond, and has a super wide double bed and high spec mattress. Bedroom 2 is a small bedroom with a single bed and views to Combe Scar.

Bumble Cottage - Sedbergh (19 miles to Windermere)

Bumble Cottage is a recently renovated semi-detached barn conversion. The cottage is less than a 5 minute walk from the main street in Sedbergh village and the Yorkshire Dales Way is right outside the front door. It has been furnished to a high standard and is the ideal getaway. This chocolate box village has stunning hikes, bike rides, wild swimming, golf and fishing for the outdoor type. Hingabarn, a unique place in a unique location

A traditional barn, set on the slopes of Whernside, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, this truly is a secluded spot. Located at the end of a narrow track, it is surrounded by woodland, fields and two streams. The open plan, rustic style suits couples, small groups and some families, and is ideal as a base for outdoor activities. A peaceful dog-friendly rural retreat with walks on your doorstep, exclusive use of the garden, charcoal BBQ, pizza oven, and a wood-fired hot tub to relax in.

The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

Our cosy cottage sits in the heart of historic Kirkby Lonsdale, and has recently been completely refurbished to meet all your needs for a luxury vacation away in the beautiful surroundings of the Lune Valley. The charming town centre with its wide range of boutique shops, bars and restaurants is within 100 yards . Close by are picturesque strolls along the river, and walks into the hills are literally just up the road. A great base for the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales .

The barn is heated by a ground source heat pump, rainwater is collected for flushing the toilets and the water source is fresh from the fells. Ideally located for the Dalesway and Three peaks walks and within 5 minute walk of pubs and cafes with easy riverside walks down Dentdale or mountains for the committed walker. Helmswood Barn - Helm Knott

Helmswood Barn is a newly renovated barn conversion within the Yorkshire Dales. Helm Knott is a traditional 1st floor holiday home situated within the barn. Our home is at the foot of Helm Knott after which the name is taken. Direct access onto the fells from the back garden is a real bonus for hikers, runners or taking the dog for a stroll. Access to two walled paddocks is available on site.
