You enter through the back porch and MUST GO UP A FLIGHT OF STAIRS to the suite. Located on the edge of the South Wedge/Highland Park area of Rochester it is walking distance to cafes, restaurants, Highland Park and the thruway 490. It is easy to get to the local schools RIT, U of R, and the hospitals - as well as to downtown! Bus lines are close if you don't have a car.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. There is a very good chance you will encounter two very friendly dogs in our yard. They do not go into your space. Patrick is a feisty 15 lb pup and JR. is our doodle puppy. Many great restaurants in the area.

Skylights make this place a bright cheerful place no matter what the season. Washer and dryer with a large walk in closet .A train goes through about a mile away a few times a day.
