Το σπίτι ξεχωρίζει για το μπλε βαθύ χρώμα του και την μοναδική του θέα προς το βράχο του Αρκουδίου, την ονομαζόμενη "Πέτρα του Κοκκώνη" {Kokkoni's Rock} και ταυτόχρονα στο ρομαντικό ηλιοβασίλεμα του Αρκουδίου. Ιδανικό τόσο για ζευγάρια όσο για οικογένειες και παρέες φίλων. Προσφέρει απλόχερα χαλάρωση και ξεγνοιασιά.

Katerina's home is a house, which you can enter from the national road ''Patras - Pyrgos''. It has got a huge garden with many trees and the big variety of flowers and plans. Also, it is near in Amaliada, a city, as well as many beaches such as Kourouta, Marathia and Palouki.There is a cyclist road for bike lovers. You can hiking in Marathia's forest and drink coffee in Kourouta's coffee shops too.
