The suite has it's own entrance, kitchenette, and private bath with walk-in shower and toilet separate from the vanity. Suite is located on a secluded 3 and 1/2 acre wooded lot just 1.5 miles from I95. Location is 18 min from Historic Fredericksburg, 20 Min from Washington Ferry Farm, 35 min from Mount Vernon, and 41 min from the Pentagon. Easy access to Quantico.

This custom-built barn features 2 BR and 1 BA. The main level boasts a fully-equipped game area with billiards, shuffleboard table, air hockey, a 60-game arcade machine, a Mortal Kombat machine, a poker table, and two cabinets brimming with card and board games. Three smart TVs adorn the walls. The shared backyard outdoor space includes a hot tub, hammock, outdoor putting green, an adjustable basketball hoop, swings, a grill, horseshoes, a playground, a gazebo area, and a stocked fishing pond.

Enjoy a relaxing getaway in our English style cottage. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but close enough to enjoy the beauty of a town full of history. Fredericksburg is the childhood home of George Washington, his mother also lived in the town. You can visit these homes as well as the famous battlefields from colonial and civil battles... If you just want to relax, this two bedroom guesthouse is the perfect way to recharge your batteries and enjoy the countryside in peace.

Stay within a block of the Rappahannock river , a ten minute walk from falmouth beach and steps from Gary melchers Belmont Museum! Our warmly decorated guest suite is attached to but fully separate from the main part of our home, with its own private entrance. The suite includes a spacious bedroom, large bathroom and separate living/sleeping area with a TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.

In town you can fish, watch the sunset at the Potomac River, visit restaurants, or go golfing.
