This log home is built on 140 acres of secluded, beautiful countryside. Perfect for large family gatherings or peaceful getaway. This cabin has been our family's dream for 20 years, and we're excited to share the beauty and tranquility of it with others. It's a farmhouse ideal for playing and enjoying the outdoors during the day; then roasting s'mores and enjoying the hot tub and stars at night. Herrington Lake Home - Private Dock - Covered Slip

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay on Herrington Lake. The deck overlooking the lake and private dock with boat slip is located across the street on the lake side of the property. The house is not on the lake. Close to all the marina's. Right in the heart of Bourbon country. Please note: Lake is currently at winter pool level. The steps down to the dock do not reach the dock walkway. You must walk the rock bank down to the dock at this time. Please see pictures.

As my husband (Fred) and I were living in Lexington, and still working. We took every opportunity to come down to our lake house. Now that we have moved into a house on the property we thought other people might enjoy the peace and quiet, the swimming and fishing. We have a dock that we let our renters use. Bring your boat or sea-doo. There are several marinas nearby where you can put in. We look forward to hosting you and your family and pets.
